Ride height is wholly determined by driver height (the taller the driver, the lower the ride height), and Wing Level is by a driver's driving ability stats (the better they are, the lower the wings that are needed). One common misconception is that they decide car setup. The reasons why are nuanced, but suffice to say it is because we never needed to investigate them.
